WHITE PEONY

Famous white tea from Fujian province, using the silvery tips of the tea plant. Mellow light sweetness and a soft mouthfeel are hallmarks of this tea, which can be enjoyed over several infusions. Recommended water temperature to bring out the best flavor is slightly below boiling 185-194℉ (85-90℃).
