Shipping policy

◆ Delivery Options
Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, or FedEx within the 50 U.S. states. No international shipping is available. We are unable to ship to U.S. territories and MPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

For USPS Priority Shipping, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to your home or office. (Up to 2 weeks during the busiest season)

For Ground Advantage, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery to your home or office. (Up to 3 weeks during the busiest season)

For FedEx, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery to your home or office. (Up to 2 weeks during the busiest season)

Please note that with these deliveries only an estimated time of delivery can be provided, processing times are not included in these estimates. We do not guarantee specific delivery times regarding orders. If express shipping is needed, please contact us ahead of time for custom accommodations. 

There is a possibility of additional time needed for processing and packing your order during all state and federal holiday periods. Typically packages ship out within 1-3 business days, however it can take longer when order volumes are high. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays. We recommend you plan ahead and order before busy seasons, and account for at least 3 business days processing time.

Each order is limited to one delivery address.

                                                                                                                                      

* USPS Signature Confirmation service is available for an additional fee, at the same price charged by USPS post offices. Please contact us if you prefer to add this service to your order.

* Free shipping is offered for orders totaling $175.00 or more. (BEFORE TAX) 

NOTE: Our Free Shipping offer has a maximum valid order range up to $349.99 USD before taxes are calculated. Orders totaling $350 USD or more are subject to a Large Order fee which begins at $25 for shipping and handling. Wait times are variable for Large Orders due to special packing needs.                           

                                                                                                                                      

To customers who choose "pick up" at our Hawaii store as the delivery method;  Please do not use "Express Checkout" for payment if you would like to pick up your order at our Hawaii store. Express Checkout automatically selects shipping as your delivery method.

You will be sent an email with your chosen pickup date. As soon as your order is ready for pickup, you have 7 days to pick up said order. After 7 days have passed, if we have not received any communication in regards to requests to extend the hold period, or if the pickup person needs to be changed, we will cancel the order.

If any changes need to be made, please contact us before the 7 day limit has passed, otherwise you will no longer be eligible for a refund for our Pickup Handling Fee.

Orders with "pick up" as the delivery method cannot be modified once a payment is completed, and the original order must be canceled if you want to make changes. We ask that you check your shopping cart details carefully and confirm everything is correct before you process a payment.

To customers who live outside of the island of Oahu and choose "pick up" for your delivery method, we would greatly appreciate your notifying us if you are visiting Hawaii or will have a family member/friend picking up your order at our Honolulu store. Leave us a note, found at the bottom of your shopping cart, before clicking the check out button.

                                                                                                                                      

◆ Stolen packages and damages


LUPICIA Hawaii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and any damages caused by the shipping carriers during transit and after the delivery. Please carefully review and confirm your shipping information (name and complete address) before placing your order, and consider adding Signature Confirmation service if you do not have a secured area for mail deliveries.

If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the package, and please keep all packaging material and contents for USPS inspection. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in keeping the USPS packaging and all the products received, until we can move forward.

                                                                                                                                      

◆ Change Order and Cancellation
All orders are final and will be processed once you have clicked on the "place order" button during checkout.

We will email you the final confirmation within 24 hours after you place an order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know ASAP - don't wait for the confirmation email.
