Collection: Decaf / Low caffeine

We have chosen a special technique that uses carbon dioxide to decaffeinate our black teas, which is considered to be a safe and effective method to remove caffeine components. This method leaves less than 1% of the original caffeine content, and also allows the tea to best retain its flavor.

Our low caffeine Japanese teas have approximately 50% of the caffeine safely removed by a special process which uses water.
