We do not accept returns and/or exchanges. If your shipment was damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item(s), please email us at supportusa@lupicia.co.jp within 7 days of receiving your order.
We are no longer responsible for your package once it leaves our shipping office. We are not affiliated with USPS or FedEx and cannot make changes to deliveries once your order has been picked up.
We replace items if the items you received are defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
