We do not accept returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to review the details of the items you have chosen, package type, quantities, and your shipping information carefully before you proceed to checkout. If you have any questions or concerns about the item(s) you are considering purchasing, please feel free to contact us by email; firstname.lastname@example.org, or click here to send us a message, before you place an order, before you proceed to checkout.
Items will be replaced at our discretion, if the products you received are confirmed by us to be defective or if you have been sent the wrong items due to our error. Items chosen incorrectly for purchase due to customer error must be returned, unopened and undamaged in resellable condition, after contacting us by email; email@example.com as soon as possible.
If your package arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), you must let us know by email; firstname.lastname@example.org, or contact us by clicking here, within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please keep all packaging materials and the contents for possible USPS inspection if your package arrives damaged. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in saving the USPS packaging and the products received, until we can move forward.
◆ Change Order and Cancellation
All orders are final and will be processed once you have clicked on the "place order" button during checkout.
We will email you the final confirmation within 24 hours after you place an order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know ASAP - don't wait for the confirmation email.
