LUPICIA is an international tea purveyor with stores located in Australia, France, Hawaii, and Japan. Our mission is to offer the highest quality teas possible, as well as deliver new varieties and flavors to people throughout the world. We sell over 100 different kinds of tea, as well as tea accessories at our Ala Moana store. We're looking for passionate and driven tea-lovers to join our team as full time members.

Sales Associates (Full Time) - Ala Moana - Honolulu

The responsibilities and requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings/evenings, holidays, and weekends for 5 days per week.
  • Maintain a clean store environment.
  • Accurate cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
  • Build and wrap custom gift sets for customers.
  • Assist customers with picking up their Buy-online-pickup-in-store Orders.
  • Upselling customers on new products/seasonal releases.
  • Communicate product information to customers when assisting them with purchases.
  • Build rapport with customers to develop returning client relationships.


  • Retail sales associate and/or customer service experience. (Required)
  • Ability to work well with others and learn on the job.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Cooperative team player.
  • Ability to build a working knowledge of 150+ teas and products.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Basic typing skills necessary.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to self-motivate to complete tasks.





Assistant Manager (Full Time) - Ala Moana - Honolulu

The responsibilities and requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, & inventory management.
  • Work with Manager to develop and implement training programs to ensure staff members are knowledgeable about products & sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.


  • Previous experience in retail management or similar role (1+ Years).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively sell products and communicate product knowledge to customers.
  • Experience in shift management, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
