HOUJICHA "SHIGARAKI" is a roasted tea from Shigaraki in Shiga.  Made by roasting the deep-flavored first flush tea leaves after careful curing, it has a toasty flavor with a unique rich aroma that can be enjoyed hot or cold. Easy to brew using boiling temperature water .  (Only available in limited quantity)
