Making its debut at Lupicia! The classic flavor of Dimbula.
A smooth taste and just the right amount of richness- the flavor unique to seasonal Dimbula black tea is delicious with milk or lemon.
Dimbula black tea, grown at altitudes ranging from medium-grown to high-grown, reaches its quality season from January to February. The tea harvested during this season stands out for its smooth taste and refreshing, crisp flavor. Its vibrant, classic flavor is recommended not only for drinking straight, but also for milk tea and lemon tea.
Established in 1880, the Alton Tea Garden is located at an altitude of 1,430 to 1,690 meters, about 10 km from Maskeliya and about 22 km from Hatton. This region is known as part of the Dimbula district, one of the main Ceylon tea producing areas, and is a production area for high-quality high-grown tea. The tea garden covers an area of approximately 350 hectares and focuses on tea production at high altitudes. The company holds certifications from organizations such as the Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade, and primarily supplies its products to export markets.
