LOW CAFFEINE HOUJICHA "UTAMAKURA"

Houjicha made from deeply roasted tea leaves from Shizuoka prefecture. This tea has approximately half the caffeine level of our regular roasted teas, achieved by a special hot water process that preserves as much of the tea leaf flavor as possible. The comforting roasted taste and mild sweetness of this low caffeine tea is recommended for evenings.

How to brew this tea <One 150ml(5.0fl oz) cup> Infusion: 1-2 cups
