GYOKURO "KATSURA"

GYOKURO "KATSURA" Top quality gyokuro (Japanese green tea carefully grown in shade) from Ujitawara in Uji, Kyoto. Produced by one of the descendants of Nagatani Soen, pioneer of Sencha green tea in Kyoto. An exquisite tea to enjoy with a distinctively sweet taste and aroma, combined with a delicate velvety mouthfeel.  

How to brew this tea <One 150ml(5.0fl oz) cup> Infusion: 2-3 cups

Amount of tea leaves	6 - 8g (0.28oz)
Water temperature	131-140°F (55-60°C)
Brewing time	2 - 2.5 minutes
