GYOKURO "PINE BREEZE" is a blend of a cultivar called “Komakage” from Uji and "Yabukita" from Shizuoka. Komakage’s elegant, rich umami and Yabukita’s refreshing crispness create a great harmony. We recommend steeping this tea at a lower temperature (131-140 °F) to draw out the sweetness and umami. Suitable for cold brewing to make a smooth iced green tea. (Only available in limited quantity)
