YAME BLEND 2023 Spring harvest blend from Yame in Fukuoka, a famous tea producing area blessed with a climate suitable for growing high quality tea. A land where morning and river fog are likely to occur, it is said that the fog serves as a natural cover.
This medium steamed sencha has a gently sweet taste with slight astringency, and a fresh richness reminiscent of gyokuro. It has a refreshing finish with a hint of lingering sweetness. Only available in limited quantity.
