This shincha is exclusively produced for LUPICIA by Mr. Inokura, a top-class master tea grower in Nara Prefecture who has won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award many times. Produced in a special area of his tea plantation, which extends into the mountains at the highest elevation. The water used in his steaming process is the clear underground water that springs from the back of the teahouse on the mountaintop.
