GYOKURO "YAME"

GYOKURO "YAME" is produced in Yame city (Fukuoka), one of the most famous producing areas of quality gyokuro teas. Beautifully uniform bright young leaves result in an elegant flavor. We recommend that you brew it a little longer in lower temperature to draw out its sweetness and umami, while preventing astringency.

How to brew this tea <One 150ml(5.0fl oz) cup> Infusion: 2-3 cups

Amount of tea leaves	8 - 10g (0.35oz)
Water temperature	131-140°F (55-60°C)
Brewing time	2 - 2.5 minutes
